〜カンタータ・フランセーズおよびフランスの室内楽作品を演奏するアンサンブル〜
プロフィール
横町あゆみ（歌）、相川郁子（フラウト・トラヴェルソ）、佐藤駿太（ヴァイオリン）、折口未桜（ヴィオラ・ダ・ガンバ）、根本卓也（チェンバロ）、上田朝子（テオルボ）の６人によるアンサンブルで、2016年にコンサート・シリーズ「“フレンチ・カンタータの時代”の音楽」を開始。以後、カンタータ・フランセーズ及びそれらと同時代に作曲されたフランスの室内楽作品を組み合わせたプログラムで、2019年までに4回のコンサートを行っている。2021年、CD「クレランボーの至宝」の録音を契機として、アンサンブルに改めて「レ・ゾルフェ」という名称を付ける。
Profile
Les Orphées is an ensemble group of six musicians, Ayumi Yokomachi (Mezzo-Soprano), Ikuko Aikawa (Flauto Traverso), Shunta Sato (Violin), Mio Origuchi (Viola da Gamba), Takuya Nemoto (Harpsichord), Asako Ueda (Theorbo). In 2016, the group began its concert series, ‘Music of the French Cantata Era’.
京都市立芸術大学卒業、金沢大学大学院修了。国立音楽大学音楽研究所にてバロック時代の演奏様式を学ぶ。ルネサンス、バロックから現代に至るまで幅広い作品のソリストを務める。表情のある伸びやかな声には定評があり、バッハ、ヴィヴァルディ、ヘンデル、モーツァルト等の教会作品のレパートリーは数多い。2012年西東京ニューカマーアーティスト最優秀賞受賞。ヘンデルのオペラ《アレッサンドロ》にてタイトルロールを務め好評を得る。ソリストとしてだけでなくアンサンブルにも傾倒しており、現在は新国立劇場合唱団、ヘンデル・フェスティバル・ジャパン、ヴォーカルコンソート東京メンバーとして活躍している。
Ayumi Yokomachi
Ayumi Yokomachi studied at Kyoto City University of Arts and Kanazawa University (MA), followed by studies in performance style in the Baroque era at the Graduate School of Kunitachi College of Music. She is an active soloist in a wide range of works from Renaissance and Baroque to modern music. She is renowned for her expressive and effortless voice and has performed a large repertoire of church music, such as works by Bach, Vivaldi, Handel, and Mozart. She received the highest award at the Newcomer-Artist West Tokyo event in 2012 and was successful for the title role of the opera Alessandro by Handel. Yokomachi is active not only as a soloist but also as an ensemble performer and is currently a member of The New National Theatre Chorus,The Handel Festival Japan, and The Vocal Consort Tokyo.
12歳でモダンフルートを始める。上智大学大学院博士課程前期修了（修士・心理学）。アマチュア奏者として精力的に活動した後に、本格的に古楽器に転向する。フラウト・トラヴェルソを前田りり子氏に師事。2011年より3年間、ブリュッセル王立音楽院古楽器科にて研鑽を積む。フラウト・トラヴェルソをバルトルド・クイケン、フランク・トゥンス、アンネ・プストラウクの各氏に師事。2014年に学士課程修了試験を優秀な成績で終え、帰国。以来、室内楽や古楽オーケストラ等で活動を続け、フランスバロックやルネサンス音楽を中心とした自主企画公演も数多く行っている。テオルボとのデュオ「アンサンブル・イレーヌ」、トラヴェルソ・デュオ「イネガリテ」、ルネサンスフルート・コンソート「ソフィオ・アルモニコ」メンバー。
Ikuko Aikawa
Aikawa began playing modern flute at the age of twelve. After studying at Sophia University (MA, Psychology) and having been an enthusiastic amateur player, she took up the traverso under Liliko Maeda to become a professional. For three years from 2011 she studied at the early music faculty of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels under Barthold Kuijken, Frank Theuns, and Anne Pustlauk. After completing her Bachelor’s degree exam with excellent results, Aikawa returned to Japan in 2014. Since then, she has been active in chamber music and early music orchestras and has also organized many independent performances mainly focusing on French Baroque and Renaissance music. She is a member of a duo with theorbo: Ensemble Irène, a traverso duo: Inégalité and a Renaissance flute consort: Soffio Armonico.
1993年生まれ。4歳からヴァイオリンを始め、関尚子、岩崎裕子、久保良治、篠崎史紀、堀正文の各氏に師事。ピリオド楽器と奏法を戸田薫、寺神戸亮、若松夏美、パトリック・コーエン＝アケニヌ氏の各氏に師事、ヴィオラ・ダ・ガンバをエマニュエル・ジラール氏に師事。また指揮法を根本卓也氏に師事。桐朋女子高等学校音楽科（男女共学）を経て、桐朋学園大学音楽学部ヴァイオリン専攻を卒業、バロック・ヴァイオリン副専攻修了。東京藝術大学大学院バロックヴァイオリン専攻修士課程を修了後、フランスに渡りヴェルサイユ地方音楽院研究科に2年間在学し、2020年に修了。在仏中はヴェルサイユ・バロック音楽研究センターが主催するヴェルサイユ宮殿王室礼拝堂木曜演奏会、パトリック・コーエン＝アケニヌ氏の主宰する鏡の回廊での「王室の夜会」に多数出演。
Shunta Sato
Born in 1993. Shunta Sato began playing the violin at the age of four under Naoko Seki, and later studied under Yuko Iwasaki, Ryoji Kubo, Fuminori Shinozaki, and Masafumi Hori. He studied Baroque violin and its performing practices under Kaoru Toda, Ryo Terakado, Natsumi Wakamatsu, and Patrick Cohën-Akenine. Sato pursued his studies in the viola da gamba under Emmanuel Girard and conducting under Takuya Nemoto. After graduating from the coeducational Toho Girls’ High School Music Department, Sato went to Toho Gakuen University Faculty of Music, Department of Violin, completing his studies in the Baroque Violin Minor. After graduating from the Master’s program at the Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School of Baroque Violin, Sato moved to France and enrolled in the Versailles Regional Conservatory for two years, completing his studies in 2020. While in France, Sato performed regularly in the Thursday Concerts held at the Royal Chapel in the Palace of Versailles hosted by the Versailles Baroque Music Center, as well as in concerts of the ‘Royal Nights’ in the Hall of Mirrors hosted by Patrick Cohën-Akenine.
上野学園大学短期大学部コントラバス専門を卒業後、上野学園大学ヴィオラ・ダ・ガンバ専門３年次へ編入し2015年に卒業。コントラバス、ヴィオラ・ダ・ガンバともに櫻井茂氏に師事。フィリップ・ピエルロ、ジョシュ・チータム、ケース・ブッケ、ヴァルター・ファン・ハウヴェ各氏のマスタークラスを受講。様々なアンサンブルと共演するほか、通奏低音奏者としても多くの演奏会で活動している。またPRISM consort of violsのメンバーとしては、ローレンス・ドレフュス、森川麻子、エマ・カークビー、波多野睦美、曽根麻矢子各氏、バッハゾリステン・ソウル、香港古楽協会と共演。2015年から2017年まで上野学園中学校においてヴィオラ・ダ・ガンバのアンサンブルクラスを指導。現在上野学園楽器研究室に勤務。
Mio Origuchi
Having studied contrabass at Ueno Gakuen Junior College, Origuchi transferred to the third year of Ueno Gakuen University viola da gamba course, graduating in 2015. She studied under Shigeru Sakurai for both contrabass and viola da gamba and attended master classes by Philippe Pierlot, Josh Cheatham, Kees Boeke and Walter van Hauwe. In addition to performing in various ensembles, Origuchi is also active as a basso continuo player. As a member of the PRISM consort of viols she has performed with Laurence Dreyfus, Asako Morikawa, Emma Kirkby, Mutsumi Hatano, Mayako Sone, Bachsolisten Seoul, and the Early Music Society of Hong Kong. From 2015 to 2017, Origuchi taught the ensemble class for the Viola da Gamba at Ueno Gakuen Junior High School. She is currently working at the Institute for the Study of Musical Instruments Ueno Gakuen.
3歳より音楽を学び始め、桐朋女子高等学校音楽科を経て桐朋学園大学ヴァイオリン科を卒業、同大学作曲科修了。オランダ、ハーグ王立音楽院学部リュート科を最高得点、古楽科主席で卒業し学費満額免除を褒賞され、同音楽院修士課程を優秀賞付きで修了。16世紀初期のリュートの編曲技法を論じた修士論文は同音楽院で最高得点及び映像発表最優勝賞を受賞。現在、バーゼル・スコラ・カントルム中世・ルネサンス科修士課程に在籍中。リュートをマイク・フェントロス、ヨアヒム・ヘルトの各氏、バロック・ヴァイオリンをエンリコ・ガッティ、中世リュートをマルク・レヴォンに師事。ビアージョ・マリーニ古楽コンクール第１位、ファン・ヴァセナール古楽コンクール第３位受賞。
Asako Ueda
The Japanese lutenist Asako Ueda is based in the Netherlands and Switzerland. She has played in many European countries, including Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy and Iceland, as well as Japan and Taiwan. She won first prize at the Biagio Marini Competition (DE) and third prize at the International Van Wassenaer Competition(NL). She is currently studying Medieval and Renaissance music with Dr. Marc Lewon at Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, after having studied the lute at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, with Mike Fentross and Joachim Held, where she earned her Bachelor’s with honours and a 10/10, her Master’s with distinction and a 10/10 and the Video Presentationw Prize for her Master’s thesis. She had elemenary music study from the age of three, and started her playing the violin at age five. After finishing her Bachelor’s degree in violin in Tokyo, she continued at the same college to study the Baroque violin and composition.
東京藝術大学大学院修士課程（指揮専攻）修了。在学中に古楽へと傾倒し、卒業後渡仏。国立リヨン高等音楽院で、通奏低音のディプロマを取得。帰国後は《アンサンブル・ラ・レヴェランス》《ジュゴンボーイズ》等のグループで、チェンバロ奏者として活躍。2020年にはリコーダー奏者本村睦幸氏とCD『ナポリのリコーダーコンチェルト』で共演（ワオンレコード）、各種批評誌で高い評価を受ける。作曲家としての顔も持ち、2018年には初のオペラ《景虎～海に消えし夢～》が（公財）妙高文化振興事業団の委嘱で初演され、好評を博す。2021年には新作カンタータ《寡婦アフロディシア》（原作：マルグリット・ユルスナール）が、メゾソプラノ清水華澄氏の委嘱により初演。現在、新国立劇場・東京二期会・OMF・ニッセイオペラ等、国内の主要団体で音楽スタッフとして活躍。HP：http://nemototakuya.info/
Takuya Nemoto
Takuya Nemoto developed his interest in early music while studying at Tokyo University of the Arts. After completing his master’s degree (MMus, conducting), he attended the Conservatoire National Supérieur Musique et Danse de Lyon (CNSMD Lyon), France. With a diploma in Basso Continuo, Nemoto returned to Japan and is active as a harpsichord player in the Ensemble La Révérence and The Jugong Boys, among others. In 2020, he collaborated with recorder player Mutsuyuki Motomura for the CD ‘Neapolitan Recorder Concertos’(WaonRecords), which was highly reviewed in various magazines. In 2018, Nemoto composed his first opera, Kagetora, which was premiered under commission from the Myoko Culture Promotion Organization and was well received. In 2021, his new cantata, La Veuve Aphrodissia (original: Marguerite Yourcenar) was premiered by commission of the mezzo-soprano singer, Kasumi Shimizu. Currently, Nemoto is working for some major Japanese organizations, including the New National Theatre, Tokyo; the Tokyo Nikikai Opera Foundation; the Seiji Ozawa Matsumoto Festival; and the NISSAY Opera.
